CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of an order is possible provided the change happens within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not possible if the order is already shipped.
You can cancel the order by sending a mail to vastramforus@gmail.com and provide the following details:
1. Order Number
2. Your Name
3. Your email ID and mobile number
4. Reason to cancel
REFUND POLICY
Refund will be approved only after proper verification and validation. Once the refund is approved, the refund will be routed back through the payment mode used at the time of placing the order. Kindly note that the payment will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the time it has been approved by our team.
SHIPPING POLICY
We take utmost care to make sure that the product reaches you safely and in good condition.
Once the order is placed, you will be notified about the status of the order through an email. In case you do not receive an email please get in touch with us at vatramforus@gmail.com . Team Vastram will update you once the order is shipped and will share the tracking number and courier service details with you. You can track the order on the shipping service provider’s tracking site.
We provide free shipping all over India. The products are usually shipped within 2-3 working days and is delivered within 7-10 working days of placing the order. Vastram will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or damage caused during shipping or transportation.
RETURN POLICY
Vastram deals exclusively in handmade sarees. Our products are either handmade or produced with very little help from machinery.
At Vastram, we take care to deliver the products as displayed on our website www.vastramforus.com. Hence we request you to consider the minor differences before raising a request for return.
Return request can be raised if a wrong product was delivered or if there is a manufacturing defect. No other reason will be encouraged for returns. Kindly mail us with the reason for return and required images at vastramforus@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can to solve the issue.
Kindly note that the product has to be returned with tags, original packaging and in unused condition. Once the product is returned, our team will inspect the product. If the issue seems genuine, we will replace it with the right product, or a refund will be initiated.
No request for returns will be accepted after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.
