Yes. Our sarees are handmade or created with very little machinery. The designs, colors, and textures reflect authentic weaving traditions that have been passed down through generations.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery normally takes 7 to 10 working days. Shipping is free anywhere within India.
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they are not shipped. To cancel, send an email to vastramforus@gmail.com with your order number, name, contact details, and reason for cancellation.
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect. You must email us with photos and the reason within 24 hours of receiving the order. The saree must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
A refund is processed only after inspection and approval. Once approved, the amount will be returned through the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
